RSPB Canvey Island Wildlife Day

We shall have a stand at this years RSPB Canvey Island Wildlife Day. Our patron, Mike Dilger, will also be there hosting guided walks around the marshes.

Entrance to the event is free and there will be activities and attractions for all ages. Traditional arts and crafts will be on display with many chances to "have a go". Pond dipping, mini beast hunting and nature trails will be available to showcase the local wildlife. Canvey's Big Local Committee will be bringing a mobile climbing wall, which will give visitors the chance try a new outdoor pursuit and get unrivalled views across the marshes.

There is limited parking available at the site. A park and ride service will be operational from Waterside Farm Sports Centre, kindly facilitated by Castle Point Transport Museum.
